    可惜了，這道美味無法分享給吃素的媽咪。還有熱油鍋炒菜是好吃，只是油經加熱會產生膽固醇，用來炒菜容易高血壓，用餐清淡些，利於養生。

    这不同于广东人作法 。鱼没必要吸水 本身就够软烂 再吸水容易烂 。只有牛肉需要吸水让它变软。
